Agent Team Lead

• บริหารและดูแลทีม Agent ให้สามารถทำยอดขายได้ตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

• วางแผนกลยุทธ์การขายและกำหนด Target ให้ทีม

• อบรม พัฒนา และ Coaching Agent ให้มีทักษะการขายและความเข้าใจ Product

• สร้างแรงจูงใจ และบริหาร Performance ของทีม (ติดตาม KPI รายบุคคล)

• ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ Lead และลูกค้าที่ Agent ดูแลให้ตรงกับเกณฑ์บริษัท

1. สำเร็จการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาวิชา

2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Sales อย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมขาย หรือดูแลทีม Agent จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

3. มีภาวะผู้นำสูง สามารถสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับทีมได้ และมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ (Result-Oriented)

4. มีความยืดหยุ่น และปรับตัวได้ดีในสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปรับเปลี่ยน
