• รับสายลูกค้าที่โทรเข้ามาถามข้อมูลต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับแผนประกันของตนเอง และตอบคำถามต่างๆ

• เช่น Policy information, Policy detail, รอบ Payment ของลูกค้าเอง

1. จบการศึกษาวุฒิปริญญาตรี

2. อายุไม่เกิน 42 ปี

3. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Call Center/ Customer Service/ Telesales อย่างน้อย 1 ปี

4. มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และทักษะการพิมพ์ที่ดี

5. มีใจรักในการบริหารและทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี

6. รับแรงกดดันได้ดี

7. ยืดหยุ่นเรื่องเวลาการทำงาน

8. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ หลังทราบผล
