Delivery Operations Advisor (Contractor)

• Oversee and coordinate administrative responsibilities at the Delivery center

• Monitor and manage pipeline flow and appointment calendars to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery process.

• Prepare, print and process delivery documents in an accurate and timely fashion

• Work cross-functionally with other sales operations teams to verify sales orders, contracts and registration documents for accuracy.

• Record information and ensure data quality in our CRM and other systems

• Work with other departments such as service and logistics to coordinate vehicle shipment and prep

• Develop and implement best practices to provide a superior ownership experience and reflect Tesla brand values

• Perform other related duties based on business needs

8. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

9. Automotive registration and operations experience preferred

10. At least 3 years' work experience

11. Proficient in English

12. Driver license's holder
