• เกาะติดเทรนด์และกระแส (Trend Catching): อัปเดตเทรนด์ออนไลน์ แฮชแท็ก ไวรัล รวมถึงเทคนิคการตลาดใหม่ ๆ แล้วนำมาประยุกต์ใช้กับแบรนด์ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว

• คุมมู้ดแอนด์โทน (Mood & Tone Control): ตรวจสอบเนื้อหาและภาษาที่ใช้ (Copywriting) ให้มีความน่าเชื่อถือ สื่อสารเรื่องผิว/บิวตี้ได้อย่างถูกต้องและดึงดูดใจ
