วิศวกรพัฒนากระบวนการผลิต

• วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ ลดของเสีย และลดต้นทุน

• ศึกษา Time & Motion, Line Balance และ Flow การผลิต

• วิเคราะห์ปัญหาหน้างานด้วยเครื่องมือ Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone)

• วางแผนและดำเนินโครงการ Continuous Improvement / Kaizen / Lean

• ปรับปรุง Yield, Productivity, OEE และลด Waste ในกระบวนการผลิต

• ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต, QA, Maintenance และคลังสินค้า

• กำหนดและปรับปรุง Work Instruction / SOP / Process Flow

• ทดลอง (Trial) กระบวนการหรือวิธีการใหม่ และสรุปผลการปรับปรุง

• ติดตามผลลัพธ์หลังปรับปรุง และจัดทำรายงานเสนอผู้บริหาร

• สนับสนุนการเตรียมความพร้อมด้าน GMP / HACCP / Audit (Internal / External)

• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต และจัดทำ Report เชิงวิเคราะห์

• สนับสนุนการพัฒนาบุคลากรหน้างานด้านวิธีการทำงานที่ถูกต้อง

1. ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ, วิศวกรรมอาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Process Improvement / Continuous Improvement อย่างน้อย 1–3 ปี

3. เข้าใจ Lean, Kaizen, 5S, OEE, Yield

4. สามารถใช้ Excel และเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ดี

5. หากมีประสบการณ์โรงงานอาหาร หรือโรงงานส่ง Modern Trade จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
