Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve industrial robots, PLC/control systems, and automated production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain stable production.
ดูแล บำรุงรักษา ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหา หุ่นยนต์อุตสาหกรรม ระบบ PLC/Control และเครื่องจักรระบบ Automation เพื่อ ลด Machine Downtime และทำให้สายการผลิตทำงานได้อย่างมีเสถียรภาพ

หน้าที่หลัก

• Troubleshoot Industrial Robot — ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาหุ่นยนต์อุตสาหกรรม

• PLC troubleshooting — ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหา PLC

• ตรวจสอบ Sensor, I/O, HMI, Actuator และระบบ Control

• อ่าน Electrical Drawing และ Wiring Diagram

• ทำ Preventive Maintenance (PM)

• ซ่อมเครื่องจักรเมื่อเกิด Breakdown

• วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาด้วย Root Cause Analysis / 5 Why

• Support Production เมื่อเครื่องจักรมีปัญหา

• บันทึกประวัติการซ่อมและ Machine Downtime

• ทำงานร่วมกับ Production, Engineering และ Quality

• ปฏิบัติตาม Safety และ LOTO

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.

• Experience in control systems, automation, robotics, or machine maintenance.

• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, servo motors, and inverter systems.

• Ability to read electrical and control wiring diagrams.

• Experience in machine testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Knowledge of QA/QC inspection and testing procedures.

• Good problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, machine, and workplace safety.

• Able to prepare technical reports and documentation.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.

• สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า ระบบอัตโนมัติ เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หุ่นยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านระบบควบคุม ระบบอัตโนมัติ หุ่นยนต์ หรือการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร

• มีความรู้ด้าน PLC, HMI, Sensor, Servo Motor และ Inverter

• สามารถอ่านแบบวงจรไฟฟ้าและวงจรควบคุมได้

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการทดสอบเครื่องจักร Commissioning การแก้ไขปัญหา และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน

• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการตรวจสอบและทดสอบด้าน QA/QC

• มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ แก้ไขปัญหา และ Troubleshooting ที่ดี

• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านความปลอดภัยทางไฟฟ้า เครื่องจักร และสถานที่ทำงาน
