– Develop sales strategy / plan to achieve group sales target
– Manage sales team
– Continuously recruit & train up new Sales
– Build and maintain great relationship with key customers and business partners
– Work closely with product team to develop new product offering for Sales
– Provide training and support to increase knowledge and capabilities of Sales
