Responsible
  • Coordinate with business leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
  • Source potential candidates through various methods
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process
  • Onboard new hires
  • Forecasting recruitment budgets
  • Implementing employer branding strategies to optimize the company’s presence and increase employer brand awareness to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

Experience(Yr) : 1 – 3 year
More qualification
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree
  • Proven work experience in talent acquisition especially for Tech / IT Recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, video call and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, JobsDB, Universities)
  • Ability to drive end-to-end employer branding activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English
