Responsible
– Align organizational IT strategy with customer experience strategy
– Align resource management (manpower and asset) strategy with business strategy across different business activities
– Partner with the business stakeholders to help optimize business performance using technology
– Understand business and user requirements and create IT business solution roadmaps
– Develop alternatives to enhance operational policies, standards, and procedures
– Develop measures to improve the internal team and external resources (if any)
– Develop new business enabled by IT
– Develop a risk mitigation plan
– Develop strategic project management to align projects with business strategy
– Drive market needs for IT solutions to increase competitive opportunities for outsourcing contact center
– Influence customers to identify new business that can be enabled by IT
– Influence related departments to achieve desired results
– Influence key accounts’ needs to maximize IT solutions for revenue-generating
– Influence stakeholders’ perspectives of requirements and activities
– Integrate new enabled IT processes and systems across functions
– Lead a team or departmental projects
– Manage integrated IT solutions through cost-benefit analysis to serve complex customer needs
– Manage IT security of IT-enabled processes and systems
– Manage IT operational policies, standards, and procedures
– Manage Database and resources
– Manage Telephony System team to fulfill customer requirements with an optimized solution
– Manage Project Management team
– Oversee Project budget considerations
– Provide strong, authentic, and engaging leadership
– Resolve conflict and disagreement
– Lead workshops
– Remove impediments that hold the team back by making decisions, promoting continuous improvement, clarity, and empowerment
– Perform as a valued member of the wider IT organization, as a line-of-business expert, and significant contributor to the success of the wider IT agenda
– Be Champion quality, with technical standards, service management, agile quality management approaches
– Create transparency, clearly communicate and measure schedule and progress
– Monitor resources and risks
– Proactively plan with corrective action
– Create and manage product delivery backlogs
– Manage & collaborate with related parties to ensure effective delivery, service level agreements being met, and implement appropriate contract structures
– Build community, by improving IT’s agile capability
– Foster agile knowledge, support community, and tools across the organization

– 15-20 years of experience leading, implementing, and supporting ERP and other business solutions
– Proven ability to drive, develop, and document a clear vision for the use of Business Applications in support of business requirements
– Ability to translate customer requirements into specifications and be able to conceptualize the dynamics of the solution proposed to visualize the end result
– Strong business acumen including a good sense of how the automation of different business solutions and apply and utilizing BI tools to improve business efficiency and the bottom line with the organization
– Experience in the implementation, upgrade, and/or conversion of Enterprise Business Applications, Data Base Management, Project Management, experience also is plus
– Thought leadership on Agile and applications management methodologies
– Delivery mindset – deadline focused
