  • Manage general administrative work such as stocking up stationery, office supply, facility management, taking minutes of meetings, taking a monthly report, preparing all documents for approval, record staff/overtime etc.
  • Coordinate with internal and external departments
  • Manage safety and environmental issues in the office building i.e.maid, security, parking, water pump and air conditioning as needed and etc.
  • Prepare documents related to department procurement procedures and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Manage department’s contracts
  • Follow with information security management system standards
  • Strictly follow all safety and environment regulations
  • Strictly follow the rules, company and state policies
  • Assist in the evaluation of information and communication technology staff and other departments as requested
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

More qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
  • At least 2 years experience in administrative and/or secretarial work, procurement
  • Good computer skills MS Office, O365, MS Team and other
  • Good command in English
  • Good interpersonal skills and service minded
  • Experiences in ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001) will be an advantage
  • Knowledge about making the contract will be an advantage
  • Knowledge about primary safety
